Pastor Rhonda Garver is a 1991 graduate of RHEMA Bible Training Center in Tulsa, OK. She is a licensed and ordained minister and has been in full time ministry since 1993. Rhonda began her ministry as a missionary in Asia and ministered there until the Lord supernaturally brought her and Pastor Mark together. She is now co-pastor of Cornerstone Word of Life Church with her husband and ministers there regularly. She frequently ministers around the U.S. and in the nations, holding Pastors conferences and ministering to ministers. Pastor Rhonda is also an international author, with her first book, "God's Heart for Women: Empowering Women to Answer His Call in Life & Ministry”.

For the past 38 years, Tommy & Sharon have served as Assemblies of God missionaries to Latin America/Caribbean ministering in Uruguay and the Dominican Republic. During these years they have started new churches; held Holy Spirit seminars; taught in, directed and founded Bible Schools; as well as served in many other areas of evangelism. In January 2011, they began working with IBMM to reach across Latin America and the Caribbean area by training pastors and leaders using modern media techniques for use in Bible Schools, seminars and other outreach ministries. in November 2018, the they were asked to go return to the Dominican Republic to work in Bible Institute and help with construction in the country.

Joel and Kylie Neff have been happily married for 6 years now. They have been worship leaders together for over 4 years and have helped on their church worship team for many more years. Joel works in the family real estate business at Neff Realty and Kylie works as a teacher's aid at Blackford Intermediate School. They have no children but have a very spoiled dog that thinks she's their child.
